1. Assistant (OBC) Goa (By direct recruitment)

Essential Qualifications:
(i) Graduate of a recognized University with at least 5 years experience in Establishment/ Accounts.
Desirable Qualifications:
Degree / Diploma in computer application.

2. Accounts Assistant Gwalior (By transfer on deputation)

Essential Qualifications:
(i) Persons of Central/ State Governments/ Public Sector/ Autonomous organizations/ Colleges/ University/ Educational Institutes :
Holding analogous post OR
Holding posts in the PB1-5200-20200 + GP-2800 with 3 years regular service in the grade. OR
Holding posts in the PB1-5200-20200 + GP-2400 with 6 years regular service in the grade.
(ii) Having at least 5 years of experience in dealing with Accounts matters.

Holding analogous posts OR
Holding posts of Junior Stenographer in the PB1-5200-20200 and GP of Rs.2400/- and 6 years experience with possessing graduate degree from a recognized university. Possessing speed of 120/40 w.p.m. in English shorthand/ typewriting.
(ii) Working knowledge on computer and hindi typing
Age limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the date of notification.
5. Junior Engineer (Civil): Gwalior (By direct recruitment)

Essential Qualifications:
(i) 10+2 / Senior Secondary
(ii) Diploma in Civil engineering
Desirable Qualifications:
(i) Degree in Civil Engineering
(ii) Experience in the relevant field

6. Junior Stenographer: (OBC) (By direct Recruitment)
PB-1- 5200-20200 + GP-2400
(Post existing in Gwalior but place of posting at Delhi)
Essential Qualifications:
(i) 10+2 Senior Secondary with a certificate in stenography from recognized institution with minimum speed of 80/40 wpm in English shorthand/typewriting.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Graduate from a recognized University.
2. Knowledge of computer and Hindi Typewriting.
Age limit: 28 years as on the date of notification.

Candidates may please note that:
Direct recruitment:
1. The institute reserves the right to modify the conditions, fill / not fill the post/s and can increase /decrease the number of vacancies. No correspondence whatsoever will be entertained from the candidates regarding postal delays, conduct and result of written test/interview and reasons for not being called for written test/interview.
2. Application must be sent in the prescribed format only. Incomplete application in any respect or without application fee or not in prescribed format or received after due date will not be considered and no further correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
3. Prescribed EQs are minimum & mere possession of the same does not entail candidates to be called for written test/interview. Where the number of applications received is large, the institute will be shortlist the candidates to be called for written test / interview. The selection will be based on the performance at the interview, service record, ACRs and written test (if specified) etc.
4. Age limit prescribed for each post will be calculated as on date of first notification i.e. 04.03.2011.The relaxation in age and qualification for SC/ST/OBC/PH will be applicable as per rule of Central Government.
5. Candidates desirous of applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and prescribed fees for each post they wish to apply.
6. All the newly recruited candidates will be appointed for and have to initially join at place of posting as advertised and subsequently can be transferred at any centre of IITTM.
7. Those already in service in any organization will have to send their application through proper channel or produce a No Objection Certificate at the time of interview.
Transfer on deputation:
A) Period of Deputation will be initially for one year, which will be extendable as per institute requirement and on satisfactory performance of the candidate.
B) The Officer selected on deputation basis will have the option to draw his grade pay plus deputation (duty) allowance or to have his pay fixed in the scale prescribed for the post in accordance with Govt. of India instructions on the subject as amended from time to time
C) The applications in respect of eligible officers, who are interested on deputation and can be spared in the event of the selection, may be forwarded duly verified / countersigned by Head of Department / Office concerned along with the following documents:
i) Up-to date and complete Confidential Report (CR) dossiers in original/attested photocopies of last 5 years Annual Confidential Reports (ACR) of the Candidate.
ii) Integrity Certificate.
iii) Vigilance Clearance including certification that no disciplinary proceeding is either pending or contemplated against the officer concerned.
D) The applications of the candidates received without the CR dossier /ACRs, or which contain incomplete information, or received after the due date will not be entertained. The candidates who volunteer to be considered will not be allowed to withdraw their names later.
9. Those already in service must sent their application in prescribed format through proper channel to the Administrative Officer, Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management, Govindpuri, Gwalior-474011 (MP) so as to reach with in one month of publication of the advertisement.
