Application form:
Application Forms can be obtained from the office of J&K Public Service Commission, Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu/ Pologround Srinagar on cash payment of Rs. 50/- (excluding processing charges) of Rs. 10/- from the counters opened by the representative of J&K Bank in Jammu & Srinagar offices of the Commission.
Application fee: Candidates pay the fee in the form of Bank draft of Rs 400/- for general canddiates and Rs 200/- for reserved candidates drawn in favour of Controller of Examinations J&K PSC and payable at Jammu/Srinagar.
Selection procedure: The mode of selection is written Screening Test/interview basis.

The qualified and eligible candidates may send their prescribed OMR application form, with a latest passport size photograph should affixed on the application form and duly attested by the gazetted officer, along with attested photo copies of required essentials and enclousers to the following address, The Secretary J&K Public Service Commission Reshamghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu/Polo Ground Srinagar, on or before 05-09-2011.
